Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Aurion EA website and, where available, the purchase, download, installation, and use of Aurion EA software.

1. Parties

These terms govern the relationship between Dennis Klahn, Germany("we", "us", "our") and the customer ("you") when purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Aurion EA ("the Software").

2. Product

Aurion EA is digital software for MetaTrader 5. It automates predefined trading rules. It is not a managed account, copy-trading service, investment advisory service, brokerage service, or prop-firm challenge guarantee.

3. License grant

After successful payment and activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software according to the plan you purchased. Unless stated otherwise in the final product documentation, one license is intended for one live MT5 account and one demo account.

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, rent, share, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, remove license checks from, or otherwise attempt to bypass access controls in the Software except where mandatory law allows it.

4. Updates and support

The scope of updates depends on the license or plan shown on the checkout page. Support is provided by email and, if available, community channels. Response times are targets, not guarantees.

5. No financial advice and no guarantee

The Software is a tool. It does not guarantee profit, loss avoidance, funded account approval, prop-firm challenge success, broker compatibility, or any specific return. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, settings, position sizes, broker selection, account rules, and account outcomes.

6. Prop-firm and broker rules

Any prop-firm-oriented preset names are internal configuration profiles only. Aurion EA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm or broker. Their current official rules always take precedence.

7. Payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location, business status, and the payment provider's tax configuration. The current public pricing model may include a recurring subscription option and a one-time lifetime option, depending on the checkout page.

8. Digital delivery and refunds

Aurion EA is digital software. Download links, license keys, or activation instructions may be delivered electronically after payment. Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software in ways that violate applicable laws, broker rules, exchange rules, prop-firm rules, platform terms, or the rights of third parties. You are responsible for confirming whether automated trading is allowed for your account.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, account termination, failed prop-firm evaluations, broker execution issues, platform outages, data-feed errors, or indirect damages. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Software during the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, attempt to bypass licensing, distribute the Software, or use it unlawfully. You may stop using the Software at any time.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
